During Individual Setting Discussions, Ann uses coaching and mentoring techniques to support you as an organisations in developing new skills and creating meaningful change for those you support or teach.

The programme of four sessions begins with an assessment of what’s working well and where improvements can be made, followed by further sessions delivered in person or via Microsoft Teams. Each session is summarised in a written record, with additional support—such as action plans, advice, and tailored resources—provided as needed.
