Ann uses Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring techniques to enable professionals working with Neurodiverse people or those with Additonal Needs to learn how to support and teach them successfully.

This is done through attending one or more interactive Professional Development sessions. They will be taught practical Educational skills and techniques as well as developing their knowledge about how Neurodiverse people view the world.
These sesions will equip practitioners to positively engage with and support the individuals within their setting.​ As well as enabling them to successfully implement their new skills and knowledge into their setting and make a positive difference in the culture of the whole organisation.

Staff Professional Development courses

Each professional development session lasts for 2.5hrs (including a break)

All sessions are led by Ann Saunders within your setting.

Contact Ann for costing of running the sessions either as a series of courses or for just 1 session.

The specific content of each session can be tuned to your settings specific requirements.

Each course costs £35 per person per course, or £150 for 5 courses.

Individual Setting Discussions

The Individual Setting Discussions are planned as and when requested by leaders or managers in the setting alongside attending the Professional Development courses.

Initially the discussions will involve an assessment of what is happening successfully or otherwise in the setting.

Subsequent discussions can occur either in person or online via Microsoft Teams

Ann Saunders uses coaching and mentoring techniques (running through the series of questions outlined in the model above) to encourage and empower the organisation to make a positive difference in their setting by implementing their new skills and knowledge learnt on the courses.

A record of each discussion session is written up and emailed to the organisation. Additional assistance, including written plans, phone or email advice, and customised visual tools, are provided as required.
