Interactive Skills Workshops

The 8 interactive workshops are delivered live by Ann Saunders over 2–3 months.

Each session lasts 1.5 hours and takes place online via Microsoft Teams, with both afternoon and evening options available.

Families attending the full programme receive a detailed workbook, including 'key content' and 'Review' questions to support each session.

Cost: £60 for all 8 sessions (£7.50 per session, covering administration only)

Individual topics: £20 for 2 sessions (Sensory Awareness: 1 session at £10)

Individual Family Sessions are available on request within 12 months of completing the 8 workshops.

Families can book a package of 5–6 personalised sessions. The first session may take place at home (if preferred), with follow-ups typically held online via Microsoft Teams.

Using coaching and mentoring techniques, Ann supports families to apply their learning and make positive changes in daily life. Each session is guided to help implement practical, tailored strategies.

A written summary is provided after each session, with additional support—such as plans, advice, and customised resources—available as needed.

Cost: £60 for all sessions (approximately £10 per session), plus negotiable travel costs for the initial visit.

Ongoing Family Coaching

Family Coaching Sessions are available on request at any time.

Using coaching and mentoring techniques, Ann supports families to identify challenges and make positive, practical changes in daily life.

Sessions are tailored to the family’s needs and may also include guidance and shared understanding around topics such as neurodiversity, individual strengths or ExecutiveFunctioning

Families can book a package of two or more sessions. The first session is preferably held at home, with follow-ups typically delivered online via Microsoft Teams.

Workshop Reunions

After 6 or 12 months, families who have attended the workshops are invited to a two-session Workshop Reunion.

Delivered online via Microsoft Teams, these sessions bring together families who have previously completed the programme. Each reunion begins with a short questionnaire to identify the topics families would like to focus on.

The sessions provide an opportunity to reconnect, share experiences, revisit key skills and strategies, and discuss current challenges. Content is shaped around the needs and priorities of the families attending.

Cost: £30 for two sessions (£15 per session)
