Ann combines Teaching, Life-Coaching, and Mentoring to empower parents and carers to invest deeply in their family’s success.
Through 8 interactive Skills Workshops, she equips them with practical educational tools and strategies. In addition, Ann provides personalised support through Individual Family Discussions, helping families tailor these skills to their unique needs and create meaningful, lasting changes at home.

This approach not only enables parents to confidently support their child’s growth and development but also transforms the entire family dynamic, fostering a positive, empowered, and thriving home environment.

Skills Learning Workshops

The 8 interactive workshops take place over 2-3 months and are led live by Ann Saunders

Each workshop runs for 1.5 hours and is held online via Microsoft Teams, with options for afternoon or evening sessions.

Families will receive a detailed workbook with workshop content and review questions to guide their learning.

The cost for all 8 sessions is just £60 (£7.50 per session), covering administration only

Individual Family Sessions are available with Ann Saunders on request within 12 months of completing the 8 workshops.

Families can book 5-6 personalised sessions. The first session takes place at the family’s home, with follow-ups generally held online via Microsoft Teams.

Using coaching and mentoring techniques, Ann helps families apply their new skills to make positive changes in daily life. Sessions use the questions above to guide discussions and empower families to implement practical strategies.

A record of each discussion session is created and emailed to the family. Additional assistance, including written plans, phone or email advice, and customised visual tools, are provided as required.

Cost: £60 for all sessions (approximately £10 per session), plus negotiable travel costs for the initial visit
